I'm a mac user and does anybody know if there are any mario fan games for mac? if so please post.

I don't know of any designed for Mac only, but there are emulators with Mac version.  You can find some ROM hacks for one.  Also, Mac supports some formats that are used by windows users.  What type or game and in what format are you specifically wanting?
