Yup, but only the secong player can play it.

OR you can start a 2-player game, and either use two controllers, or unplug controller  and use controller 1 for both.
You know Luigi isn't any different from Mario in SMB1, right?

Actually, Luigi is quite different. All his red pixels are green. You need to get out more, dude who asked this question.

No, all his brown pixels are green, and all his red pixels are white.

And I meant in game physics, not otherwise.
