Yeah...it is. But I'm too lazy to do this "sure thing"
-
Bah...Chain letters never work...theyre a bunch of crap
-
Someone ban this man, now. I'm thinking about deleting the message.
“I’m a stupid fatty and I love to play with my Easy Bake oven!â€
-
Yeah, this is nothing but pure spam.
Want me to delete it? (Or you can, LD.)

Or Deezer ^_^
So, Sapphira, do you mods have dominion over every board, or what?
“I’m a stupid fatty and I love to play with my Easy Bake oven!â€
~Yep. Let this edit be my proof. ;P ~Sapph

This is in the wrong section. It should be in Story Boards. And there should be another section called Chit Chat. That's the place where you talk about the weather and the news.
Hamster Sauce!

See your post above, LD... I tested editing powers out yesterday in an old thread of mine in a different section from GMc. ^_^

Where did the first post go?
-----------------------------
Mariotendo-the Mario Side of Nintendo!
-
So I can moderate on all boards? Cool. And the thread is now closed.
If you have any questions on any Mario game for the GameCube, any at all, please keep them AS FAR AWAY from me as possible. I don`t want to look like a total idiot in front of the whole forum. Thanks in advance.
-
?1. Gah! What is it with you people and thread closing?
?2. Uh, if all mods have all power everywhere, why do they "control" certain sections?
“I’m a stupid fatty and I love to play with my Easy Bake oven!â€

1. Am I the only mod who does not feel the need to close topics immediately?
2. Because, you can only have one mod per section. There's no mod group thing here, but it works this way anyway.
Eccentricity is my goal.
~Sorry for being in your post, but, as I said before, this is the only way I could respond to this topic. To answer your first question, no you're not the only mod who feels that way; I agree that this thread-closing is starting to get out of hand.
~Sapph
Wow, I closed one thread and I'm out of hand. Weeeeeeee! I'm out of hand after one moderator action!
~I.S.
What was the point of closing this thread after the dude (who will probably never be seen again) had his post deleted? To stop us from talking about it? Tee hee.
~LD
Because it is a pointless thread now. There is no point to the thread.
~I.S.
Then hurry and go delete the Mario Bar.
~LD
This is my first time inside of one of Chupperson's posts. *Looks around* You have an interesting sense of decoration, man. It looks as though I'm standing in your signature, which has to be the longest (except perhaps for Wheel_kirby's former sig) I've seen. . . . I'm in your signature?!!
According to my tests, for those who are interested, a moderator is allowed to edit posts in any forum and close and delete topics only in his or her own forum. And that's it; no other abilities (such as moving or reopening topics) are endowed to moderators.
*Looks up* To answer your question up there on the ceiling, Chupperson, I am the moderator of Game help; I do not feel the need to close topics at all.
~Wat (?)
Well, the Mario Bar DOES have a point. there, the member talk about anything they want. Here, though, is a thread with a generic title and no message in the inital post. Isn't it kind of ... useless? My experience in Admining a 15000+ member forum taught me to close these kinds of threads. Are you going to argue with over a year's admining experience? And this is the first thread I closed that is not a test. Let's keep track here:
0 Mod actions - Inactive
1 Mod action - Out of hand.
Riiiiiiiiiiiiiiight.
~I.S.
Clearly, you're out of hand! Now there's even a chart! :P

Hey LD, I didn't know you knew how to post in closed topics.................
Anyway, can you close and delete topics in ANY board just moderating one, or just edit in all boards? Can you reopen topics as well?
~I can edit posts, and close and delete threads in any board. As for reopening topics, I have no idea. You're "Power" guru; do you know how to reopen topics?

I take it you didn't pay much attention to the SotFSK?
“I’m a stupid fatty and I love to play with my Easy Bake oven!â€

Heh... I now have the longest sig in the history of the Fungi Forums, I bet.
Eccentricity is my goal.
-
Make it the sig for all your messages and see what happens.
EDIT: To our sanities. MUAHAHAHA!
EDIT2: That we, uh, don't really have.
EDIT3: If people were smart, couldn't they just bypass the closure of threads by editing all their old posts with new messages?

Why, why must you give people ideas like that?!
Eccentricity is my goal.

Seeing if this will work...

Heh. It's not so hard posting on closed topics.

No, it's not. I had a hunch of how to do it, so I actually tried it and IT WORKED!!! Horray! ^_^
I just never bothered, as it seemed there was no reason to do so. That and I'm lazy. :P
