Title: Can you beat my record?
Post by: NintendoIke64 on January 05, 2004, 06:22:18 PM

I beat Mario & Luigi: Superstar Saga in three days. How about you?

P.S.
See how long you can stand this music until you go insane.

Made you look.

That is an extremely inaccurate statement nless you played the game non-stop for three days straight. You should record the time it took to beat it in hours.

(But he used an emulator to manipulate time and it took him two years to finish.)

Jeez.  I wouldn't be proud of that!  You need to get out more.

I wanted to finish it quickly so I could move onto Final Fantasy Tactics Advance. Also, on Christmas day, I didn't really want to start recording my time with a stopwatch.

I just checked and, at my last save point, I was at 27 hours and 40 minutes. So, add on 30-45 minutes for the boss, and you've got about 28 hours and 15 minutes. But, I'm sure that somebody else beat me in game time. As for tolerence in days, I think I've won.

Hmph, I beat it telepathiclly in 5 hours, 34 minutes, 54 milliseconds, 38 nanoseconds, and 99 picoseconds.

Beat that and try to get the picosecond meter right on 99, I dare you.

(I believe that a picosecond is one-trillionth of a second.)

Uh... what's with the music that just started playing?

I laugh at your poor, insignificant, mortal mind that can only grasp the concept of picoseconds. Ha! Hahaha! ha... my mind is far superior!

gotta love that "Fear of someone being better than me" responses being all sarcastic and what not.

hey, he didnt ask the question rudely, he was curios to completion times. stop being so rude.

my completion time is roughly 23 hours (just under 23)

The music was supposed to be playing the whole time, but, I guess I'm not as good at HTML as I thought I was...*sigh*... (It's the victory theme from about 75% of all Final Fantasy Games)
