Title: Who's your favorite Negelacted Mario Character?

Mine would be The Master from Paper Mario, Kamek the Chief Magikoopa, & Stanley the Bugman.

*Note*It has to be a character who is not been giving enough info about. Waluigi would fall into this catigory.

Definitely Kolorado.

Not to say he's "neglected," per say, just... I'd like to see him in more games.

They could have had "Explorer Dream" in MP5 and had him there somewhere!

Definately Jonathan Jones from Super Mario RPG... although, technically he's property of Square... :/  Also, Professor E. Gadd, although he's showing some slight signs of becoming a popular character, he hasn't played very important parts...

I think King Boo and the Big Boo need to make more appearences, though King Boo is a relatively new character so there hasn't been many opportunities.
Maybe in the next Mario game there will be ghost house situation where the 2 uber-Boos team-up.

Time slowed and Reality bent.
But on and on the Eggman went.

Gotta love that II Piantissimo guy from SMS. Also possibity of him starring in SMS2, cuz of scene at end of credits.

I don't believe that any character is neglected. I believe some play small parts, but those who actually do something worthwhile are rewarded with small cults of fans on the internet.
My favorite "infrequently appearing" character is Kamek. I thought they would never mention him again, until I played Mario party 5.

I thought Jr.Troopa (Paper Mario) is pretty cool!  He like comes walking out of no were persitently asking for a butt kicking!

I personally liked Pauline myself. She was Mario's girlfriend long before Peach and I personally find her much better looking than Peach (maybe it's the torn-up mini-dress). I liked how they made her into a brunette in DK94 to distinguish her from Peach. It's a shame she hasn't made an appearance since then (it would be nice if Nintendo actually gets to release DK Plus someday).

Also, Foreman Spike needs to come back as well. He would make a much better Luigi rival than friggin' Waluigi (who the heck in Camelot smoked up with that idea).

Well, I thought she was pretty good looking in Donkey Kong '94 (not in the original Arcade version, where she was known merely as "Lady" and had that Olive Oyl look in the game). Sadly, most people are more familiar with the original DK than DK94 (which is why Nintendo needs to finish DK+ as soon as possible).

The Red Paratroopa. Actually I like all of them, except for that Spiked Goomba that jumps out at you at the beginning of Paper Mario. He looked at me the wrong way.
