I've heard recent reports that Mario ice cream bars still exist.
Can someone give me more information on this?

Yup, you can find one at your local ice cream truck.

They still exist...in my area, that is. X Entertainment had an article on this. We also have Sonic & TMNT (80's style) Ice cream.

Just I was up in a 90s as I ate Mario Ice Cream. And I've been collected for Nintendo stuff.

I love the bubble gum nose they have. My local Icecream truck only comes 'round for five weeks in the summer... I are miss them.

You know that painfull sensation you get in your head after eating or drinking something too cold too fast, What is the proper term for that? Here we call them "brain freeze" but I've heard them refered to as "Ice cream Headaches".

We occasionally have the ice cream truck drive around in the summer... I still have fun chasing it around the neighborhood.

Many people don't realize that very few Ice Cream Trucks exist anymore... Most of them are Trucks that serve Ice Pops. Very few actually sell ice cream anymore. Mr. Softy for example, is the only true Ice Cream man around here.
