That's very cool. That (probably is) villian reminds me of Smithy in SMRPG. I really do hope you take control of Bowser; he's fun to play with.
I need some yarn, to make a wick- I''m saving up all my earwax to make a candle.
-
Beautiful ^______^
Judging from the text, looks like Mario will be searching for 7 Star Stones.
-
Hmm... that new villain looks strangely familiar... but from where...

The shape of the text bubbles is strangely amusing.
Let me away from this boulder!

That dude looks like Mysterio.
It''s hard to make up your mind when you don’t have one.

Mario's so cute. He looks just like a toddler . . . with a moustache.

That's a lot of Paper Mario 2 screenshots. Wow. Hey, how do you put images on the message board? If I could get those up on a post, I could translate them, which might help in fuguring out what's going on.

Hmm... in that once pic that appears to be in a shop or something, the guy behind the counter looks like a Bean person from the Bean Bean Kingdom!

Nameneko, here's what you do in HTML to post images:
<img src=" ">
In between the qoutes put the URL of the image.
<img src="http://www.ngcfrance.com/images/news/paper_mario_2/scr_42.jpg">

Here is how it works when you check the "Check here to use HTML in your message." box.

My Japanese isn't advanced enough for me to understand all of the grammar in that screenshot, unfortunately, but I can see that you got the town name a little wrong; it's actually "Gorotsuki." Also, I think it says that Peach will be waiting in the town's minato, which is a word I haven't learned yet. And I don't have time to look it up. Figures, eh?
"Greetings from Belgium, the only country in Europe where the leading source of natural gas is the local dairy farm."
-
Nameneko, also in HTML you can return to a new line with
or skip a line for a new paragraph with <p> or use two br tags together like
to skip two lines.
For example, if you but a
inbetween your image and the text describing it the text will wrap around and be under the image instead of starting to the right of it.
-
みなと (minato) means port, or harbor. Makes sense.
One more thing: The end of the note says ピーチより, which actually means "From Peach," and not "From Princess Peach."
"Greetings from Belgium, the only country in Europe where the leading source of natural gas is the local dairy farm."
-
I've been zoned out today. Yes, I did forget to note the ki at the end of the town name, and yes, I thought it said pi-chi hime, not simply pi-chi. I'm fluent. I shouldn't be making these mistakes.
(I write in ro-maji for the simple reason that the Japanese I'm typing isn't showing up on the forum)
Let me try this again:

"If you collect the 7 Star Stones, the '1000-Year Door', which leads to the treasure, will be opened."
"There are no such things as stupid questions, just stupid people."

I read the name of the town "kurutski"
"elmo knows where you live"
-
Æ’SÆ’ÂÆ’cÆ’L=Gorotsuki
ƒNƒ‹ƒcƒL=Kurutsuki
Similar, but not quite. Also, Kurutski wouldn't work anyways, because the Japanese language will automatically add a u between ts and k.

Nameneko, you need to use Unicode numbers for Japanese, I believe.

Chupperson is correct. I'll provide more info later. Right now I . . . you can guess.

I don't know, but the map seems like an extension for the original. Although, it seems obvious that the cartographer of this map does not know the cartographer of the original map.

Thanks for the info, both CW and Watoad. However, I got the characters to work, all by myself. No, actually, I cheated. I pasted the characters onto Microsoft Frontpage and copied the HTML. :P

I just type whatever Japanese I know and it usually works...
I type in Japanese the same way Watoad does.
Edit: Let's see...
Nope....I have to type in an actual code for it to show up....

Hey guys, I got some good news. I think I found their names of characters for party members in Paper Mario 2, but just 3 them.
Now, the first party member is "Goombella" She's a smart-mouthed girl Goomba with ambitions to become an archaeologist, but not typo.
The second party member name is "Koops" he's an insecure young koopa and he's on a quest to find his lost father.
And the last party member name is "Flurrie" She's a Jeannie with some abilities that come into by in area. But actually she's not a boo, she's just a Jeannie.

Awesome, Shawne20!
I can''t think of a signature. Gimme suggestions.
-
I'm glad Goombella doesn't want to be a typo.

lotSo more new ones:

IGNore what those IGNoramuses they say about it being released "under its Japanese name of Paper Mario RPG 2". (It's the first "Paper Mario RPG" in Japan; the first one was "Mario Story". Besides, any idiot can see there is no "2" on the title screen.)
-
Some people on the Nintendo Forums put up a lot of URLs for Paper Mario movies, screens, etc. Check them out at
http://forums.nintendo.com/nintendo/board/message?board.id=mario&message.id=7150
The fist one is a movie in Japanese. It should a lot of "paper" uses I didn't know about. There is even Yoshi.
Other url show what appears to be a quest for Luigi.
-
Kiii!¯
I've seen that video! There's gonna be a Yoshi partner!
I'm so happy!¯
Go Moon!
-
Has anybody seen the Pop-up book? If so, can you post pics or a url?

I have wondered for a long time what kind of paper Paper Mario is made from. Is it onion paper, sandpaper, what?

Now Flurrie is one of my new favorite character in Paper Mario Thousand-Year Door. I think she really is a lover like Smoochum and Jynx from Pokemon. Well...at least she's got "Gas" (Heh-heh-heh) Just Kidding! Now her 2 ability attacks is "Body Slam" and even "Blowing Up" like a hurricane.

Hey guys, I think found the baddies in Paper Mario: The Thousand-Year Door. So here's 4 of the list of enimies and bosses.
Battenda Robo
Gold Hawk
Korutesu (Leader of Skeletal Pirate Creature)
Mega Batten (Shadow Witch)

I think flurries also appear in Super Mario Bros 2 (Super MArio USA, whatever).
Everything is as smooth as sandpaper pajamas.

Is there anything you want t'say everyone?
