Title: Super Mario Sunshine:Secret Shine, (NOT THE BOOK)
Post by: bladeofLUIGl on May 14, 2004, 07:42:39 PM: Go to Pianta village. Go to episode 8. On top of the biggest tree where the red coin is, you will see a subicon. Its the shine you'r standing on. Look up to the sun and start squirting it for a little. When a shine reveals itself to you, you got the secret shine.

Now that I've told the secret I've just found out that most of you probably have, will you tell me why the Toads say "I hope our princess is'nt hurt" Where is Peach?

Post by: Markio on May 14, 2004, 08:39:11 PM: I found that shine. It was so cool when I first did it. And Meowrik, it technically is a secret shine, because it appears under the "???" secret shine list.

What I found out was that an easier way to get to the top was by going up the tree that you race on with Il Piantassimo, go to the edge of the leaf closest to the large one, triple jump and hover to the end of the leaf on the giant tree.

An apple a day keeps the doctor away, especially if you have good aim!

Post by: bladeofLUIGl on May 14, 2004, 09:07:20 PM: I beat the game, but not with all 120 shines. Now Bowsers son says "I know, Peach is'nt reakky my mom. Therfore she doesnt have a son. Also, the Toads were talking after I saved her. WHY??? They were all pretty close to each other.

Post by: Luigison on May 15, 2004, 01:51:02 AM: I have 118. I didn't get two of the red coin challenge shines. I also know a trick to get a shine but not have it show on the screen (until you get a non-secret shine) although be counted in the total while showing and counted on another screen.
