ridiculous
Take note of how it's spelled. It seems nobody here knows this.
-
This seems like a pointless topic that MEGABYTE would enjoy closing. Wait a minute . . .

After seeing three recent posts with the same misspelling, "rediculous," including one by a supposed school teacher *cough* it was time for people to be corrected.
-
That's rediculous. Anyone can spell such a simple word.

Yo, I know how to spell "ridiculous."
I just don't think I've ever had to write it on these forums anywhere...

That’s preposterous. It’s ludicrous that you would even suggest such a thing. How could a “schoolteacher†misspell a word that is so outrageously easy? I don’t remember using such a spelling, but it seems like something I would do.
On my marker board earlier this week I was putting up the date and started, “Tuestâ€, but quickly changed it to Tuesday. I am much better at logic, math, physics, puzzles, etc. than at spelling, grammar, and language.
EDIT: Changed "One my marker" to "On my marker". That's a perfect example.

"This is ridiculous."
Go to Site Discussion, set to "last 100 days". You'll find it in a serie of three locked topics in a row.

Did anyone else notice that Luigison only used synonyms of "ridiculous"?

No... I didn't... I can spell "ridiculous". Of course, there's that Harry Potter version, in the third book.

BTW, I haven't closed any threads on the grounds of being pointless... must be someone else.
-
You've got to be foolish to mispell "ridiculous" unless you're 5 or below.
What about pronunciation? On MG:TT, Luigi pronounces it (and drags the accents out) "re-dic-U-loose."

Misspell.

That's another mistake a lot of people make: misspelling "misspell".

Trainman, Luigi's Italian. In Italian, (and Spanish) the I sound is pronounced as the EE sound.

I like the misspelled word "wierd" the best, so then I can come back with the witty phrase,"The way you spell weird is weird".
