Title: Species?
Post by: superstarMASIAH on November 25, 2004, 10:50:03 AM
Do any of you mario fans know what species of mushroom was used in SMB?  I've updated my research and the only thing I found was the "Jack-o-lantern fungi" It looked exactly identicle.  Please POST if you have any info or comments on the subject!

Uh, they're probably just nothing. I don't think Nintendo was thinking about what variety of mushrooms to put into Super Mario Bros. when making it.

Nothing but a Conservippie.

I'm sorry.  I guess I take MARIO a little too obsessivly and seriously than some of the people at TMK.  It's just that I have been searching since I was 13 to find all of the answers to all of the ideas expressed in the games.  Even the little stuff like (What sparked the idea to use dancing Cacti in SMB3)  So if I annoyed any1 at TMK, I'm sorry.
