Can you unlock Megaman, Goku, Metal Mario, Giga Bowser, Master hand, crazy hand, Koopa, sonic, knuckles, and tails In SSBM? Which ones can you unlock with and without action replay?

I don't know what Goku is.  Sonic, Knuckles, Tails and Megamen are nowhere in the game at all, since the rights to those characters are not owned by Nintendo.  You cannot unlock any of the characters you have listed without an Action Replay or other such cheating device.  You can play as metal Mario without cheating, but only by playing as normal Mario and getting a metal cap in the middle of the game...I'm guessing that's not what you meant.  I believe you can play as GigaBowser and Master Hand with an action replay.  I would guess that you can also play as Crazy Hand, but I am not sure of this.  I don't believe you can play as a koopa troopa.

Thanx! Goku off of DBZ. I thought it was pretty wierd because Sonic is sega, not nintendo! Man, wish you play as mega man.

I'm sorry to break it to you, but you can't play as any of those people. None of them. Nobody.

EDIT: What on earth is an "Action Replay?"

Mega Man is owned by Capcom.
Goku is owned by ???
Sonic and Co. are owned by Sega.

You can't play as them. At all.

You can play as the other ones with an Action Replay, and no other way.
