Four words: best RPG ever!

That's pretty much it. It rocks!

I really liked the game, but I thought it was too similiar to the first one. This one was better of the two though.

The great thing about the graphics is this: The characters are supposed to be flat, so there's not a possibility of the polygon-ness. Plus, I loved the battle music. I thought the only thinbg missing from the original Paper Mario was a little yoshi as a partner. There you go!

i don't really care about the music, i ignore it all. but i like the rpg part though. more badges, items, options, adventures and recepies than the origonal. although i sort of wish they could put in more item blocks, like the PM1 game.

So, you ignore the music, eh? I sincerely doubt it. Music adds the subtle touch to environments that you probably don't realize. Music is one of the single most important things about games. You'll find music in practically every published game.

Music affects you, even if you ignore it.

Sorry... I really have stong feelings towards game music. *maniacal rant ends*

I know that I and at least one other person would agree with you there, Suffix. Music in games rules the known world . . . even though must people don't think so. They think stuff like "food" and "gravity" are important. Pashaw!

Actually, make that three. I was doing some official research and discovered Kat. Now I absolutely must read that Mr. Face or whatever it was topic. Wowzer, how this place amazes me.

The music is vital to the game.  There's a big differnce between background music and no background music, even if you're ignoring it.

Do You know that a Paper Mario1 partner makes an appearance at Poshley Heights?

Indeed I did. He mentions the actual place, Shiver City.

I also thought PMTYD was an incredible game.  They really made this one more dramatic, and I think it worked.  The music was also better.  I wish I could find the soundtrack CD (if there is one).

It would take a longer amount of time to come out, that's for sure. Sometimes you need to share the load, you know. For the good of the consumers... For the good of America... For the Good of Mankind! </superhero speech>

Has anybody with this game ever won anything other than a consolation prize from the bob-omb that runs the lottery?  The sign says that you'll get successively better prizes with each match you have, but I don't know what this is supposed to mean, because I got the same prize every day whether one of my digits matched or none did (I never got more than one digit to match at once).
