Title: Why does everyone like pokemon so much?

Can I at least do digimon?
The thing about pokemon is that I hate the characters and I think the pokemon like pikachu and pichu are lame. You see, this doesn't mean I like theem but because I hate pokemon I think the pokemon so much, I think charizard and the ones like that are okay.(I hate them but they're not like the others which I can't even stand.)
So why does everyone like pokemon so much?

Mario: Hey! If you ever see Bowser make sure you kick his....AHHHHHHHHH!!!!

I like Pokemon because it is fun. Good RPGs, good collecting/trading vibes.
