You could buy them at ebay or at nintendo.com. But be prepared to give out some serious dough. I heard those DVDs and videos are probably $80-$260. But there are some episodes and some of the Zelda cartoon.

2. You can't buy them at Nintendo.com

Amazon and other places probably still have some of the newer DVDs.
