I am pretty sure this is an April Fool's joke, but a little translating would confirm it.

With that much katakana, I think it's safe to assume that those are fake.

EDIT: Plus, even if I'm not great with kanji, I can say that it's just messed up.  Almost pure gibberish.  Go Online Translators!

The ALttP Master Sword thing is my favorite game art drawing. Actually, it's one of my favorite drawings period.

Time slowed and Reality bent.
