Title: Mario Braintwisters
Post by: Ultima Shadow on April 25, 2005, 12:59:39 AM
Do you think you know everything about Mario? Then try some Mario Braintwisters! The way it works is that someone posts a Braintwister, then the person who gets it right gets to post their own, or give their go to someone else! So, it's time to get the ball rolling-

How many Stars are there in Super Mario 64 DS?

Uh, I'm guessing 28. Or do you mean game wise, which would be 24?

Mario would have to be 40 yrs old or so, not 24.  He is an old washed up plumber. Is Luigi older or younger?  Or the same age?  Nintendo keeps switiching their background.

Aarom11, I'm sorry, but you're wrong. This is Mario Braintwisters. The answer is never what it seems. Sorry, RG, but somebody has to get it right before another question is asked. I should've put in the rules for this thread- wait for authorisation from the author of the question.

In any case, Mr. Miyamoto was born on the 16th of November, 1952. Do the math on his age...

Next question: Which Super Mario is counted as the very first Super Mario game?

I had this one for the chatroom a while back, so a few people have already heard this, but I don't think they post here that much, so here it is again.

The first mario game ever has to be "Mario Bros."  Thats the one where mario and luigi run around against each other hitting turtles and crabs and stuff from under the platforms.  First one to get like 4 kills wins.  (The game is also playable in super mario bros. 3.

Yes, yes, Durains.  Here's an easy question:

Who is the boss in Paper Mario 2 who you have to beat to get the red star?

If Toad is a mushroom and a mushroom is a fungus and a fungus is a decomposer, can we say that Toad is a decomposer?

Perhaps Deezer is referring to the ratings of the Super Mario "series".
The first one did well.
The second one, being less original, didn't do as well.
SMB3 was much better.
Super Mario World, or "Super Mario 4", was considered the best.
I'm probably wrong, but... well, I'm probably wrong, and that's all I can say!

Markio is sorta on the right track, but it's not ratings.

I was on that track, too, but couldn't put my finger on it. I knew it had to have something to do with game numbers having a number of something in them.

Whoa!! Where was I this whole time? Ah well...

Anyway, sorry Racoon Güero, that's not the game I had in mind...

Anyone else cares to answer my question from the last page of this thread?
