Martini's in the chat room provin the best/ my boy mario's comin for bowser to save the princess/ goin thru pipes, gettin money like a G/ light up the game with his brother dressed in green/ grab a fire flower burn piranah plants and goombas/ get a star and move fast like pumas/ 8 castles to go to and 7 servants to save/ forget them go thru a warp pipe and finish the game/ bounce off of hammer bros. dodge bowser's fire breath/ droppin the flag on a pole like an abused pet/ behind King Koopa an axe is what you'll find/ cut the bridge down or burn him and Peach is mine/

Could someone please explain to me what the term "G" means? I hear it all the time, and I find it kind of annoying, especially since I don't know its meaning.

I saw no point in the rap. All I could imagine is someone STUPID like Eminem singing... I mean talking in a "threatening" tone about what Mario does. I freaking know what he does; I don't need someone to tell me it with bass!

Uh... Mr. Koopa, that comment is about as stupid as... you know what.. I'll say this and direct to everyone:
I've noticed that people just HAVE to shove out their stupid little "points" after the DANG-BLASTED fact and try and make themselves looks SO "BAD" on a FORUM. They're trying to make themselves seem so smart and trounce the others to get "elevated in the ranks" around here. What even is that?! IT'S A FORUM. JUST POST. I had a d*** opinion... you didn't, Mr. Koopa. You just were trying to make me look stupid.
And now I bet you... I guarantee you that some little stupid person is gonna run up to me and say, "Oh, you violated the 'no shouting' rule of the forums HOHOOHAHAHAHA I told you so. I'm pretty bad now.. bow down to me... respect me.. oh, you didn't know Hhahahhooohoho" as if I haven't been here for over 2 years.
And I've noticed it's all the unfamiliar faces around here... HMMM....

I doubt you owe me this favor, but for whatever politeness you possess, hear me out.
This is a message board on the internet. Bad things will happen. Stupid things will happen. We find things irritating, and we react. We tell other people how we feel. It makes some people react again. This whole message board is full of people reacting to posts or people before them. Some things will annoy you. Some things will make you laugh. Some things will completely offend you.
But ultimately, it really doesn't matter. I mean it really, really doesn't matter. Outside of this pixelated phone service we all have lives to attend to, no matter how pointless, enjoyable, or horrible those lives are.
You have your life. You choose what you do with it. If someone's post annoys you, you're the one who chooses whether to contradict it or not. Whether to post something equally terrible or not. Whether to let the blunt opinion of someone possibly miles away from you ruin your day, or to get up, leave the room, and do something else in your life.
Sure there are rules for the board. They are enforced. By the people who are to enforce them. If someone breaks them, there are consequences. There's editing of posts. Closing of threads. Deleting of threads. But worst of all, there's more repetitive, unimportant comments about how dumb a person must be to have posted what they did in the first place. And that's no better. It's really no better.
So this is what I want to say. If someone posts something you think is just dumb or pointless, why respond? If you don't respond, the dumb or pointless post will sink down into the dingy fungus-infested archives of the forums. That seems like a much better way to deal with the scenario than to bring back forgotten disagreements. Of course, there are the times when a person responds to give them advice regarding the "stupidity", or ignoring that post in a topic and resuming a different point earlier in the thread. Then the comment won't disappear unless it is edited by the "poster" or a moderator. you can still ignore it.
Another thing. If someone blatantly points out another's stupidity, why go to elaborate lengths to agree and insult that person again? If the point has been put across that someone is stupid, why say the same thing again? It will still be pointless, and if it is so necessary to post, you could just say "I agree" or "same" or "ditto" or "me too" or whatever, instead of using colorful words to express how much you find someone's stupidity to be of immediate importance. If you disagree, why bring yourself into the mess? As soon as someone says something against someone else, it is so far just between those two people, and the "insulted" person can choose to let the comment stand or to explain themselves further or apologize, or whatever the case be in the situation.
So the next time someone says something stupid, pointless or annoying, think about how important it would be -- or how much better then them you'd be -- if you posted only to acknowledge their stupidity, pointlessness, or annoying-ness. Not very, I can assure you. Some people eat yogurt with a fork, but it doesn't matter. Neither should cases like this.
***Author's Note: There are quite possibly many spelling mistakes, made-up words and unintelligent ideas in this post. I can't remember all that's there, since I've been sitting here for a half hour writing this. You can point out ideas you disagree with, but do it in a polite manner. Please do the biggest favor and don't point out made-up words and spelling mistakes.
