Title: help in mario sunshine!

In supermario sunshine, what do youneed to do to get to the valconoa level, i have beat all the special stages, do you need a certain number of shines? i have 63.  thanks

You should have it by then although I had something like 102 by then. Try to find all the blue coins shines and all that stuff.

You have to beat all the Shadow Mario missions, (mission 7) in each level

I'm pretty sure you have to beat the Chapter 7's in every area, then you'll be able to access Corona Mountain.
