I'd say probably the most from the portion of the game I've played through currently. There's a lot more to that conversation, and it was rather convincingly written.

For the record, Mario did not speak that line. I would be surprised if Mario has a single line in the entire game.

Also, some people are calling this genius. Using l33t speak in a mainstream game is cool. It's mildly creative. It's new. But it's a far cry from genius. Actually, Princess Peach's explosive dialog was a few notch's above this in terms of creativity. Still, l33t speak is funnier...
