Title: Ask a serious question get a serious answer

This works like Dr. Mario's "Ask a stupid question get a stupid answer" topic, only it is for serious questions that the guides and FAQs on TMK don't have the answer to.

IE: What is the easiest way to get my NES to work (don't answer, It is just an example)
