...........*gasps for breath.*
Those are just.........wow. I'm not sure what to say. My favorite was 'For Princess.'
-
Interesting.
I got a kick out of "Dig Dug's Funeral", but I also thought "For Princess" was infinitely cool. As for "Power-Up", I'd say that is definitely the weirdest one of the bunch.
-
"For Princess" is my favorite as well. And I got a kick out of "The Ugly Truth About Warp Tunnels".
-
Wow. THat's cool stuff. Reminds me of me...NOT! Those are wierd.
-
Yeah. Some of those I find rather disturbing (not all of them, though).
-
Great now I have to wait for these pictures to come up, stupid internet.
EDIT: Only 2 show up ummmm... I guess the first one.
-
Those are the nine runners-up. The winner is on page 2 of the article.

Opps. Thanks. It's fixed now.
I'm an idiot. After viewing the first page I click the images at the bottom without noticing that there was a second page. When I saw the extra image (the winner) I wondered why it was included. <Napoleon Dynamite>Idiot!</Napoleon Dynamite>

Guy in "Painacia" looks like MegaByte with stubble. Am I wrong?
The first one is my fav.
-
You are wrong.
-
I enjoy "The Ugly Truth About Warp Tunnels" and the winning piece, but the rest are just good-looking gimmicks.
-
I can just see Bowser going "What the crap? I mean, literally! What the crap?!"
-
For some reason I can't stop laughing at "For Princess". It's a muscular, real serious looking Mario with hairy arms ready to punch out Bowser. Oh, and Bowser looks like a freaking T-Rex. Whats not to laugh?
-
I think "For Princess" is really cool. I kind of like Mario's serious look.
-
I like how he's about to give Bowser a good smack in the kisser.
-
Wow! Those are really radical. Not only do they include Mario, but they include a psychedelic uniqueness to them, I should deffinatly join this contest. I have some great works of my own that might have a chance.
-
Dude that was some awsome drawings dude.
-
Yeah, I'm deffinatly joining next years competition, I'm already talking to one of the staff, apparently there is no real way you cant get in. Unless of coarse you draw like a 2 year old... well, maybe.......
-
That one entitled 'Power-up' is freakin scary.
-
The latest NP has a big feature on the contest. Included is this month's pull-out poster: a two-sided barrage of [edit] Nintendo art.
-
The way Gabe Swarr drew Mario, Luigi, Princess Peach, and just about everyone else was very humorous, and I got a hoot out of the giant koopa staring Mario down.

(http://i2.photobucket.com/albums/y17/Bucketeer/scratchhead.gif) Erm... Does anyone know what I really said? I'm trying to remember, but I'm drawing a blank... "Barrage" isn't my style, but I might have typed it (doubtful). I know I said "two-sided" something with "Nintendo art" at the end. I'm pretty sure it wasn't "two-sided $*#~%! of Nintendo art"... So, I don't know why it was changed. This is killing me.
