Title: Is this a weird glitch I found? (2 actually) in SMB DX

1: There are sometimes that when a Pirana Plant goes down,you can go down right before it disapeers,and not die. Then the screen pauses for a sec,and you see a microscopic bit of the Pirana plant. And just how come when your on the green/pink/white pipe, it never comes up, but does right you go down? We may never know...

In SMB allstars: Don't know
in SMB: Don't know

2: You can't jump over the flag pole in 3-3. Yes you can, but not in SMB DX. I've tried everything,but it doesn't work...
