Fan fiction would go in Fan Creations. Fan Creations is for anything you create, like art, stories, poetry, music, animation, flash games, etc.

Forum Games can include stories, if they're something anyone can participate in, such as "one sentence story" and the like. Forum Games is geared for more meme-like topics and fun little things where anyone contributes. I guess it could be considered as having less "quality" content. (Posts in Forum Games don't count toward one's post count, if that says anything.)

When the Fan Creations board was added, depending on the content, topics that used to be in the Story Boards and later Forum Games and Stories were sifted through and sorted according to whether they belonged in Fan Creations or Forum Games. I imagine some may have been missed, but they can always be moved to a different board later if someone notices a misplaced topic.

Or, basically, type the text you want the link to say, highlight said text, then click "Insert Hyperlink" button , and it'll add the BBCode around it. All you have to do then is where it says "url" in brackets, add = and paste the URL. No spaces.

If in one of your questions, you mean how do you link to a specific post in a thread, first click the anchor on that post. Copy the URL.

Post of the Year: Hmm... Well, I'd have to say this post because it linked an article that resulted in me re-examining/shifting my perspective. Which I suppose is pretty life-changing. But I suppose, as far as actual content goes, this post covers those ideas the best.
Topic of the Year: Sexual Orientation. Probably the only thread created this year that held my interest and sparked both the most intellectual and personal (i.e. meaningful) conversations. Not to mention, for the most part, everyone's handled the controversial topic respectfully and maturely. Yeah, I may have created it, but everyone else helped sustain it and made it what it is.

Yes. I often find myself saying something similar about guys to my female friends.

But we can't be friends with women, duh. Not unless they have sex with us.

That's why PaperLuigi has no female friends. ;)

Also, by that logic I would have no male friends. But I do. Explain. :P

Not sure how I really feel about this self-portrait. It's the first one I did using a mirror for reference instead of a photograph. Meh.
Sorry the photo quality isn't great (it's apparent in full size). I think it looks better in real life. One of these days I'll have to retake the photo of it. The piece is too big to scan.

CrossEyed, you scored a 4 on the Femininity axis. I got 4.3, BriGuy got 4.5. You scored lower on the Masculinity axis (1.7), though, whereas BriGuy and I are scored higher on them (3.5 and 3, respectively.) That puts you more centered the "Feminine" range, but not more feminine. Or something.

Markio and BriGuy got the highest scores under Masculinity (3.5 and 3.2). I'm next with 3. I guess that makes us more "Masculine," but none of us fall under the "Masculine" range, because we also scored high on Femininity.

Poor Fifth, all alone. XD


From the looks of the questions, I would guess the test is actually measuring personality traits more so than "gender roles," and just using stereotypes or something. Seems like "feminine" traits are more what someone who has a strong "Feeling" preference would be, with "masculine" traits more under the "Thinking" preference. And also, going by the Big Five (OCEAN) personality, someone who'd score high on "Agreeableness" would probably score higher on "Feminine," and someone higher on maybe "Extraversion" traits and/or "Openness" would probably score higher on "Masculine." So basically, if you're both a Feeler and Agreeable, I'm guessing you'd score as "Feminine."

I'm a Thinking preference with a well-developed Feeling side, who also scores high on Agreeableness. I'm also somewhere between Introverted and "Ambiverted," and somewhere in the middle of "Openness" (depends on what, exactly, that means, which varies). So that probably explains my results.

Although, possibly another way of looking at it is how likely are you to "wear the pants" in a relationship. I dunno. XD
