I notice that there is alot of spiritulness in many things. Although most religion focus on life, death, and what came and comes before and after. What do you think a Video Games religion would focus on? What do you think it would be like? Try not to take this to seriusly, nor call it completley stupid. Just tell everyone what you think Videogameism would consist of! :)

I think that some of the Gods of Video Games would be Pac-Man, Mario, Mantorok, Sonic, and perhaps Rayden from Mortal Kombat. :)

According to Videogameism, Raiden first created man. That is, He created Joe & Mac. And He saw that it was good.

But wait, first, Mantorok created the Tome of Eternal Darkness to give hope to humanity! Then Raiden created man, and presented them the Tome.

Then Mac used the Tome for evil so Joe had to kill him. That is when the precedent of Player 1 being dominant started.

And that is how Mantorok became known as the corpse God. Raiden presented the dead body to Mantorok. This body had to go somewhere, another realm... That's where the realm of "Game Over" was created, and the body was casted into this black, pireles realm.

Seeing as Mac was evil, Mantorok created a man of pure good. His name was Jump Man, but it was Raiden who deemned him Mario. Mario was to bring balance to the picture.

Mac then created the magical gateway called "Continue?" He used it to come back. He then called upon Bowser, who was the God of pure evil! Bowser was to kill Mario, and take control of the land known as RAM. He hired the asistance of Pius Agustise. Pius nelt down before Bowser's image in the portal. "The time is near, great one. I will forsake Mac, and send him back to Game Over. He is long out of credits. He will be traped their forever. He has began the spell, and I will fullfill it. When the timer thingy in the uper right corver of my vision reaches from 5 min, to 0. The spell will be complete, and you will rule here forever," said Pius obidiently. "Don't be a foold Pius, those five min, will take years to pass in our reality. You must take my seven children, they are to kidnap the Prensice, upon her sacrafice, my chanaling powers will be complete, and my victory at hand," said Bowser evily. "I understand comepletly, my lord. It shall be done," Pius said grimly.

I don't get this.

Wasn't Pac-Man the first game character to be created?
Deezer was here.

Yeah, I don't get this. Pac-Man, and Mr. Game and Watch both existed before Mario. So therefore this is flawed.

OMG! Why don't you all just stop complaining and have a little fun! If you're not happy with the way it's goin, then add your own parts to it! Forr goodnes sakes people, I shouldn't have to tell this to you people, I would think that you'de all be mature enought o pick that up on your own, but ocne again... I am wrong! Jeez... I'de go as far as to say that Lizad Man is the only person in this entire gorum that has any creativity, or comen sense, once so ever! If you don't understand, change it so it makes sense to you! Add your own part, and be happy, and stop complaining about mine! This isn't Burger King, you cn't get my story your way. But you can have your own way with your part, if only you'de add 1... Take what we give you, and mold it to what you like. That's the whole poin of this section of the forums. I don't know why it's such a hard consept for you people to grasp.

Also, I plainly said don't take this too seroisly, it's a work of fiction, not a work of realism. That's why it's in the story bored, not the Mario Chat. So stop with the statistic chatter, and break loose, let your imagination soar, and have a little fun for ONCE in your life. ;)

I am also a christian and don't believe in worshipping Idols, but this is just being silly. It's not real, (well, there ARE nerds who worship "the force" from the star wars movies, but I don't think anyone on the forum is THAT far gone).

The world would be a much cleaner place if people would eat their own trash.

Sorry, NeonVader888, I hope I didn't offend you. This is just, um...weird...that's all... x_x

Well, actualy, I do worship the force from Star Wars, God, Nature, Ghost, and part of me is not spiritiual at all. But I verry much do beleave in the force. But this is just for fun. Although I do worship partualy Mantorok, Zelototh, Chaturga, and Ulitoth. (Probably misspled those.) (Mostly Mantorok.) But like I said, this is for fun. Also, please don't God-slap me, I've had enough of that in my life. Lets jsut get off the topic of me, and onto the topic of this story of Videogameism, before I have to write it all...

I think whoever created the characters Pac-man and Mr. Game and watch, those men should be considered the gods of videogameism.

Pac-Man and Ms. Pac-man would be like Adam and Eve. Did Mr. Game and watch come before, or after Pac and Ms.Pac?

And thus, this would pave the way for Mario, DK, and all the other characters today.

Bill Gates, the creator of the xbox, would be considered the devil of videogameism.  They could call him billelzebub.
That is my take on Videogameism. Thank you.

I'm really not too sure, but I think Mr. Game & Watch appeared before Pac-Man. Pac-Man wasn't that early in the video game timeline.
