I've never really gotten how that whole system works. I mean, if both people involved are cool with it, what's the crime here? Well, besides the whole gun thing ("hey, is that a pistol in your pocket, or...").

A similar thing happened to my sister. Some guy she was with said he was 20 when he was really 17. Oddly, she, yes she, got in trouble. And no, there weren't any guns involved.
