Just picked this game up the other day, and... it's a doozy. Think portable RuneScape without the MMO elements with some Dragon Quest IX, Rune Factory 4, Monster Hunter, Harvest Moon, and Animal Crossing thrown in for good measure. A timesink extraordinaire. An exercise in self-sufficiency.

Anyone else playing?

I ended up canceling my Fantasy Life preorder. I still haven't put much time into the last two 3DS games I bought, and Bayonetta 2 came out on the same day and is far more important.

I'm still interested in the game, but I'll probably not get around to it for a long time.

This game is taking over my life. Two nights this week I've gone without sleep before eight-hour shifts at work due to having stayed up playing it in bed for seven hours.

Thanks to Target's buy-two-get-one-free sale on all video games, I bought Fantasy Life. I hope I don't die because of this!

360 hours to date. A good hundred of those are probably from my 3DS idling, but still.
