What really ticks me off is that my classmates believe that "you're supposed to use bad grammar on the Internet." And, because of their stupidity, they won't believe the truth, that the Internet does not have any rules on how you are supposed to talk. That said, I believe that you should be on the Internet who you are in real life. Though it may be hard to do
(just look at my old posts, which got me banned. I did not act like I did then in real life then, and I don't know why), everyone should try. I mean, all of the kids in my class that think they need to use bad grammar, abbreviated terms and smilies galore are, in reality, very smart, and should be above that kind of stuff.
You know, I may be a hypocrite, as I think I act more mature online than I do in real life (which I guess is a good thing.) Maybe I just don't want to be banned or something :P
o noes a smiley, and now improper grammar.Well, as long as I'm in here, I might as well post a picture of myself.
This here is an image of me with Chevelle's Sam Loeffler (the drummer) and my newly-autographed guitar. I got my guitar autographed by him and the guitarist, Pete Loeffler, that same night after that amazing concert.
