Miyamoto was given Famitsu's MVP 2007 award, thanks to his work on Wii Fit and inspiration in Super Mario Galaxy. Also, Mario Party DS was given an award of Excellence. Click the link to see a full list of winners.

I like the fact that nearly every guy in that picture has on a tie except Miyamoto.  His shirt isn't even a button-up and appears to have the collar cutout of it.
