^ That, and misusing the word "Literal."
Or any other form of the word.
That reminds me of when my film history prof was talking about a scene in a Busby Berkeley movie where the camera goes through the legs of several dozen dancing women:

"Now, Freud would have just had a ball with this. Literally."
"Oh man, I wish being a part of a Mario fan community was the most embarrassing thing about my life." - Super-Jesse

Oh god. Literally, random, and could care less are my biggest pet peeves.

Literally means the statement should be interpreted exactly as written (i.e., "I literally jumped out a window.") It should never be used to indicate emphasis (i.e., "It was so awesome, my head literally exploded!")

Random, as previously stated, means an outcome reached through pure chance (such as the formation of the universe), NOT acting like a moron (i.e., "I'm wearing underwear on my head! How random!!!11 Please pay attention to me!")

"Couldn't care less" indicates that the person's level of caring is at absolute zero, and caring any less would be a physical impossibility. "Could care less" means that the person does indeed care, and is certainly capable of caring less, but chooses not to, thank you very much. This is most likely not the intended effect.

1. I agree

2. I could go off on a rather strongly worded tangent on how the universe wasn't necessarily randomly formed, but I won't.

3. I agree again.

* People who are intolerant of intolerance (You can't always sway everyone's negative view on someone else, you know. They have a right to opinion)
* People who purposely annoy others
* Really noisy people
* People who stare
* People who tell you to go about this way or do this "because it's right"
* Politics (I find it boring)
* People who can't discuss their side of a topic without succumbing to sarcasm, condescension, screaming, and yelling
* People who mention all private, uncomfortable things about themselves
