Man, someday TMK should just have a TMK-E3 where... it's a bunch of us cool TMK people... in, like, Deezer's front yard or something. That would just about be the TMK Grandest Event ever. I'd attend, in 5 years or so...

Heh, that would be awesome.  Except, Deezer might have to steal things from E3....

I'm full of ANGST because I have to wake up at 6:30 tomorrow to get a retainer (but I did just get my braces off :D) followed by 12 hours of band camp.  fun fun...

You may want to add that the overworld theme is in the Sound Test feature on SSBM.

Hey, that's not me talking, it's NP.  Plus, "what the developers intended" is usually how the game should be played.  I can't really talk, because I don't even own MKDS, let alone play it enough to learn how to snake.

The question of whether snaking is cheating was put to Nintendo Power a few months ago.  Their answer says it all.

For those of you who don't know, "snaking" is drifting back and forth down a straightaway to get a constant speed boost.  Since you can do it without altering the game in any way, we wouldn't consider it cheating.  That said, most of us think the technique is kind of lame and goes against what the developers originally intended.

I love Trade and Play stores.  Their prices are low and the staff are very helpful.

I think the best bargain I got was a used GBA in not-so-bad condition that came with a rechargable battery and LoZ: Oracle of Seasons for 60 bucks.

Pretty much how I got mine, but I think it came with LoZ: Link to the Past/4 Swords.  Oh, and no rechargable battery.
