okay, I will battle someone with posts. U start w/ 100 HP and 100 FP Example:

Post 1--------------------------------------
HP 100 FP 100
*Jöhñbôb uses "Jump" 5 damage  -0 FP

Post 2---------------------------------------
HP 95 FP 100
*Electromoron used "kill!" 1000000 damage -0 FP

Post 3---------------------------------------

"kill!" declared unfair. Try again.

Okay, enough examples. The next to post will be my opponent

"Weak" 1 damage -0 FP
"Punch" 5 damage -1 FP
"Kick" 10 damage -2 FP
"Really Really good Attack" 50 damage -100 FP

okay, next choose your attacks and u get the 1st strike

My teammate is Legolas, the Elf from the Lord of the Rings.  Then I summon Gandalf.  They destroy your weak peoples while I sit back and relax.
