I am making cds(cleverly titled DOLPIC) for vg music in mp3 format, or WAV. You see, I collect music for video games and put them in to one cd for listening matters. Now, I only have two cds, One with Sonic/Wind Waker Music and one for just Sonic.
I need your help to find any music in mp3 or WAV format to make cds.
This is what I hope my collection will contain:
DOLPIC:Sonic Version-Music from Sonic Adventure/SA2 games.
DOLPIC:Mushroom Version-Music from anything Mario
DOLPIC:Fantasy Version-Final Fantasy music
DOLPIC:Battle Version-Music from fighting games-mostly SSBM.
And other cds.
So far, I have all Sonic music made up. I found a Paper Mario site with PM mp3's, so I'll be working on Mushroom Version.
If you know of any site with vg mp3's, let me know and I'll check it out.

Also, under this thread, I'll be posting up lyrics of vg songs that I have and will tell you how to get the song.
I hope my DOLPIC collection will come through.

Oh, and I found the name DOLPIC from somewhere. Tell me where you found it and you're smart.

Well, I liked the name, so now I make cds with that name. Plus, it's the name of Charlie's Boo Band in my Mario Story.

I have already made CDs of all Mario games for the N64 except Dr. Mario and I have songs from LM(incomplete), SSBM, MP4, and SMS. All of the games are complete as far as I know. However, I don't know of an easy way to get them to you.

OK, I found a way to get the SLOWLY to you. Go to www.angelfire.com/music5/maestro and there will be a file called SMS - Mario Theme and a file called SMS - Title Theme. I think they are self-explainatory. Anyway, let me know when you have them, probably easier by e-mail. I will have more soon, but be sure to let me know what you have already gotten so I can add more.

BTW: Anyone is welcome to download these files, but I will be going at whatever pace jon sets.

Where do you find SMS music at? Mp3's that is? I have all the MIDI's up on my site.

I like that SMS Credits song. It's my second favorite SMS song-my 1st is the one that the Pinta plays with his banjo/guitar thing like in the final episode at the Fluff Party in Pinta Village.

This reminds me of my all-time favorite Mario music-the credits music of Luigi's Mansion. That sounds cool to me.

Hey, which host are you using? You sure can put a lot of mp3s in there.....how much space can you put in it? 15MB? 25MB? I need to know of a free hosting because Mariotendo is beginning to take up all of its 15MB space givin..

I think it's just Windows Media Player acting up on me. How can a song be 3 Giga Bites? You might think Im crazy it said that, but that's what it really said.

Now, of course, I know that's not true, but my pc thinks it's 3GB, so I cant download that one.

Corona Mtn. is only 5.?? Mb. It let me download it earlier. Anyway, the free angelfire service gives you 20Mb of space to work with, I just used up 19.7Mb. I will have to start taking some of them off. And, It would be better to have the whole collection of mp3s from a given game don't you think? I will probably post them all. BTW, did you get the PM and SMRPG songs downloaded? And, I am more than happy to wait for the upload on songs as I have nothing better to do at 2:00 in the morning. Oh, and since you mentioned it, would you like me to go ahead and upload the LM credits theme, I seem to remember that being one of your faves.

20MB isnt a whole lot...does it allow you to make pages from Frontpage to it?

If you want all your music, but not the EXACT instruments from the original songs, I would suggest,

vgmusic.com -Video Game Music, obviously.

You can find music for almost, well pretty much all Mario music and other music from other games. A wide variety of systems and games to choose from. Plenty of remixes added also. I would highly recommend that site for all of your music needs.

Okay, some explanation is obviously in order, Trainman.
The Video Game Music Archive does not have the real music. It has people's MIDIs. Home-made.
On the other hand, these are MP3s of the real music in the game, and plus you don't have to have a special utility to burn these into audio.

Okay, Maestro, I think I need a redo of "Rocket Fight!" as well. I discovered that it didn't completely download and so I am left with an incomplete track. So add that to the redo request list.
