Not sure about replaying a file without warp zones, I imagine it'd work, but I can't say so for sure.  And I highly doubt that the game would make you lose world 9 after unlocking it.

RPG of the Year, ALL YEARS!

Plus, the review
I lost to the first, but I lost hard YLYL-style to the review.

Saw that somewhere else; not sure I lost even then.  Not sure why they feel that they have to remove the name from the logo; linguistic differences don't stop McDonalds or Coca-Cola from using their name all around the globe.

If they do rerelease, SMW's not likely to be included, as the most likely reason it wasn't included in the first place (besides loss of VC sales) is that the Spin Jump really has no appropriate button to be mapped to on the Wiimote.

Also, unlike in the Famicom version, you can get a Game Over and it will still appear.

Just noticed this last night while playing Yoshi's Cookie.  At any rate, ever noticed the little icons that appear when someone is inflicted with "Blind", "Panic" or "Slave" status on the Vs. Mode?  Well, last night, I managed to cause my opponent to get all three effects at the same time (at least one was probably self-inflicted), resulting in something sort of like this.  Well, look at the order of the icons, and then look at this, from the game's startup screen.

100 lives? Dang, Weegee, I am disappoint.  Last time I played the Lost Levels, I got to D-4 without an unlimited 1up trick or Game Over.

I will say my Toshiba's already performing far better than my Dell did, but then again, it had a fourth of the RAM and hard-drive space.  Dual-core's indeed a must, but I don't know that anything higher than an i3 is necessary, unless you plan to be constantly running multiple processes.

Snow.  Only about two-thirds of an inch, and it's not the type you make snowballs with, but nonetheless, it was so gorgeous out today.

Same here, minus the laptop.  And I practically bought myself the former, as I filled out a preorder myself about a month ago.  Hoping for a Wii that I don't have to keep at home with my siblings, but chances are looking slim at this point.

It's not quite the same, but it is pretty close, I suppose.  I saw someone slow that and the pipe sound down on Modplug Tracker some time ago; turns out the latter is just a series of descending fifths (E-A-D-G-C-F, to be precise) played almost simultaneously a few times over.

Not sure if I've seen that, but that's pretty dang amazing.

I finally finished writing both of my semester-end papers just now; I'm going to see if I can't catch three-to-four-ish hours of sleep before I have turn the first one in at 10:00.

Is this even on TMK?  I don't recall having ever seen this done.
