Does anyone know where I can find the "legendary Composer" that the lyricist speaks of in Club 64?

Also, is Level 25 the maximum level that Mario can reach?

See how the mustache hides the slightly sad smile... and the sideburns, portraying his simple, blue-collar roots... and his legs, thick, wide, the legs of the masses!
Kickin' it since 2000.

Dry Dry Outpost, last house to the right, in the first area from when you come from the desert.

Oh yeah, I think the manual says level 34.

Actually, you cannot get any higher than Level 26. After that level, even beating the toughest enemies in the game doesn't allow you to earn Star Points at all!! Besides, you're not allowed more than 50 HP and 50 FP, unless you use the badges..
I think what you saw in the manual was probably a screenshot of the beta-version of the game...
