In Dr. Mario NES, you can perform a cool trick in 2-player. If both players clear at the same time, then they will both get crowns. Use only left and right and A and B, but never press down! If both players make the exact same moves and avoid attacking each other, then both players will get a crown!

Cool. Does that mean that both players can win if you do that trick while both players are at 2 crowns? or does it freeze the game? also, are you talking about JUST Dr. Mario or tetris & Dr. Mario?

Just Dr. Mario. The glitch won't work on SNES or N64. Also, if both each have two crowns, only 1P will get a crown.
