     I was woundering if you hold a tournemet for Super Smash Brothers Melee without Nintendo's permishion is it illigal? Do they hold any Tournemets?

It's not illegal.  SSBM is a party game, after all.  They want you to hold tournaments. That's what the "Tournament" option is for.
