Has anyone beat this game, because I need help.  I am near the end of the 4th episode, and I am at that part where the judge gives you one chance to select one person to present one piece of evidence too.  Please don't completely give it away, but at least give me a hint to help me figure it out!

I know what you do, but I can't figure a way to hint at it without giving it away completely.

It's okay if you just tell me.  I've been stuck on it for a while.

All right. You show Shelly de Killer the tape Franziska brought. Tell him Matt wanted to blackmail him with it.

I didn't really like this chapter. Lying to draw out the trial was pretty stressful.
