My best guess would be the Famicom Disk System. My guesses are horrible.

Video Game Chat / Re: Nintendo Power VC Poll Results
« on: May 31, 2008, 02:06:49 AM »
... The article in NP that showed these results had the little line of text by it saying "Are you gonna take that Mario and Chrono fans?" It's like they are taunting the people voting for SMRPG and Chrono Trigger, two other great RPGs that weren't very popular in America. I'm personally wanting Earthbound and Mother on there but I would also like Chrono Trigger and SMRPG, it's not like I'm competitive for it.

I'm probably taking this statement in too drastically, but still, I find it sort of odd/annoying that they are taunting people over the VC poll.

Video Game Chat / Prize Rebel, free gaming stuff
« on: December 16, 2007, 07:06:54 PM »
Link here.

Prize Rebel is a nifty site I found where you can sign up, do surveys, get points and get free gaming stuff. I already got a Classic Controller from there. You will need to give some personal information in the surveys but they don't call you or anything from what I know of, just avoid the offers that need a social security and I'd use a fake name and age, as well as make a new E-mail for all the junk the offers send you.

Some things are sent by mail so if you get something like Resident Evil 4 then they will need your address while others like Wii Points Cards are emailed to you by the code on it. And it's legal since the person buys it and ships it to you.

One last thing, it's only available to the US, Canada, Australia, and the UK. Sorry to you people from other parts of the world.

Game Help / Wii turning off problem
« on: October 20, 2007, 04:21:59 PM »
So recently my Wii has been turning off after playing for a bit and I wanna know how to fix it. I took a vacuum hose and sucked the vents dry of dust, I did some stuff what the Nintendo site said to do like reset the AC adapter and such, I've turned it on it's side and I'm getting annoyed. After it turns off it is real hot so it could be overheating but I don't know why. Can anyone help?

Video Game Chat / Re: Favorite Kirby Game
« on: September 27, 2007, 09:54:24 PM »
My personal favorite is Kirby's Adventure. It is the longest Kirby game (that I've played, me no play Kirby and the Amazing Mirror or Dream Land 3, tried 64 but not beaten) and it introduced the powers, pushed the NES to it's sound and graphic quality limits and was just plain fun.

Cancelled as in new episodes? No, It has had it's run of arcs and it's done with. And if it's not on TV then buy a DVD.

Mario Chat / Re: super mario bros. 3:part 2
« on: July 23, 2007, 11:41:04 PM »
I actually don't like SMB3 that much.It was a good game none the less but it didn't appeal to me as much as the other Mario games.

And on the subject of having a sequel to SMB3, SMW is the next game in the series so really it is the sequel. Heck, even in Japan it was called Super Mario Bros 4: Super Mario World. So there SMW was just the subtitle. So really NSMB would be SMB5. Speaking of SMW, Super Mario World 2: Yoshi's Island was what Yoshi's Island was called on Super Nintendo so it was like Megaman, they were sorta making more than one series run at a time.

But like we all know, Yoshi's Island was rather a spin-off than an actually Mario game so SMB5 wouldn't work there. For those who were wondering about it being like Megaman with more than one series at a time, Megaman 6 came out and then there was Megaman X and then Megaman 7 and 8 and X 2 and 3. SMW was not only SMW but SMB4. SMB4=SMW. Then SMW2: Yoshi's Island.

Man that was a long and probably confusing post.

And Volbound1700, it's not that it's a bad idea (which I must say, it's not that great), it's just that there are so many ideas for Mario games and people think they're just annoying to hear them with crossovers like Sonic and Mario and Jazz JackRabbit and every freaking video game character in existence. Unfortunate to say Kirby isn't really a Nintendo character anyway (despite him being in SBB, he is the original 3rd party SSB character). He is owned by HAL and HAL could put him on any system, any time. Correct me if I'm wrong but HAL is not owned but Nintendo so yeah.
