"Never criticize a guy with a razor."

Another classic Calvin quote.  Who knows?  I may have to throw in a Hobbes quote sometime.

but death is life and so we move on"

"Bottle Grotto", not "The Cave";
Did they seriously make that mistake?

Yes. I just about LOL'ed when I saw it. I'm, like, flipping through it for a bit of nostalgia/reference, and I see "Tail's Cave". "Oh, well, people make mistakes." I flip the page. "The Cave!?" Either they had a beta/Japanese copy and they made up/badly translated the names, or... man, I can't even think why.

Yeah, they probably had to guess the names based on the Japanese version.

I have an unofficial SM64 guide that had the same problem.

I'd tell you but it's currently in another town.

Interestingly, I got the guide years before owning an N64 or playing SM64 extensively. I actually had the location of all 120 Power Stars memorized before ever seriously playing SM64 from reading the guide so much cover to cover. Yes, SM64 was that cool back in the day. I almost s#!& my pants when I first saw the opening cutscene. This was a console game!?

Sorry, ShadowBrain, but the game guide is in another castle!

Come on, you knew that was coming.

Remember that your first Goomba boldly you walk? When Mario touched that mushroom being brought up more largely remember that you are surprised? Miscalculate your jump that pit remember that it falls?

A bunch of rectangles means corn is splendid?
Just kidding. My computer is not smart enough to learn Japanese.
