If you search the web for "Chi'en" and "WCBS", you'll get a lot of stuff relating to this incident.
I thought it was one of the people heading down the stairs into the subway and not the report himself who f-bombed. Looks like the FCC's gonna get him real good.

I started to burst out laughing after I saw that file, though it was wrong of me to. Chi'en sort of reminds me of that guy who played Harold in "Harold and Kumar go to White Castle".

I first heard of this when I was watching A Current Affair earlier today. There was a poll saying if he should be fired or not. More people said no than yes.
