Ok, so I'm not sure if these pics have been doctored or not.  I found them on Gamespot, so I'm pretty sure they're legit.  Anyway, withough further ado, I give you pics of both Mario&Luigi 2, as well as the Nintendo Revolution and Gamboy Mini:

Notice that both Baby Mario and Baby Luigi seem to exist in the same time-frame with their adult counterparts.  Does this mean that the game features time travel?  Or are they perhaps Mario and Luigi's children?  We'll just have to wait and see.

M&L2 is now number one on my most wanted list.

Definately.  It seems as though either Bowser Jr or Baby Bowser makes an appearance as well.  Either they definately incorporated time-travel into the game or perhaps we'll finally get our answers about Bowser Jr being the eigth Koopaling.

Yeah same here. I was baffaled by seeing baby Mario and Luigi. I see that Kamek is in the game and since he somehow vanished after SMW2, prehaps time travel will be involed.

*More spoilers!!*

While we're on the topic of these new Mario games, is it just me or does Mario Bros DS look really bad graphics wise?  Hopefully they'll fix that by the time it comes out.  I do, however, like the fact that they seem to have taken a page from Donkey Kong Country's book and allow you to play as both brothers at the same time.  Here's a link to the pics if you want to see:

http://www.gamespot.com/ds/action/supermariobrosds/screenindex.html

Most of the screens show Luigi following right behind Mario, much in the vain of DK and Diddy from Donkey Kong Country.  If it will actually play out the same way is the real question, though.  Another thing I noticed is that they seem to have made Super Mushrooms act the same way they did in SM64DS, in the way that they make Mario gigantic and invincible as opposed to just a little bit larger and stronger.  Although, in  a couple of the screens it seems that the bros have been shrunken down, much like how it was in the original games when you got hit.  My question is this, since it seems as though they can reach three seperate sizes this time around (small, normal, and gigantic) do you think they have the normal Super Mushroom (in order for them to reach normal size) as well as a more powerful Mushroom (in order for them to reach gigantic size)?

*more spoilers* (surprise surprise)

Ok, I just watched a new video of the game in action (which can be found here: http://www.gamespot.com/ds/action/supermariobrosds/media.html  ) and it seems to me as though the game has a  two player co-op mode, allowing both players to control each brother simultaneously.  If you watch the video, it shows Mario and Luigi both acting completely independant of one another, sometimes running completely off screen on their own.  This leads me to believe that it either utilizes the wireless connectivity of the DS, or it's got one dang good AI system.  I'm thinking it's the former ^_^.  Anyway, the video also shows the that mushroom which tranforms Mario into gigantic form is actually a giant Super Mushroom in and of itself.  So, I'm assuming that they'll have both regular Super Mushrooms as well as these new Giant Mushrooms.  Anyway, watch the video and you'll see what I mean.  It's the one that says "Super Mario Bros. DS (working title) Official Movie 1".

i believe you're misconceiving the definition of a "spoiler."

the graphics are meant to look like that. they're supposed to be 3-D characters in a 2-D world, they're not bad graphics. Nintendo's merely trying to give it a look and feel reminiscant to classic Mario platformers.

I just keep saying that there's spoilers as a precaution in case somebody doesn't want to know these kinds of details.  It's just a back up.

And I say the graphics look kind of bad because they just seem really jagged to me.  I know exactly what they were trying to do.
