Oh Oh!!! You have to go to Celadon Mansion. The place where you get Eevee through the back. In the first floor, talk to the lady that has all the Pokemon and she will give you tea. Use that. I also wonder why Latias Dita hasn't visited in a while.

Which is better, fire red or emerald? I haven't played Emerald, so I don't know. If you CAN get to Johto & Hoenn in F.R., it wins.
