I, too, am leaving these forums. Like the people before me, I have realized a greater goal that involves me leaving. Unlike them, my goal is far simpler: I seek to integrate myself into larger forums and gather their information into myself. I made the decision to leave when I realized that the Fungi Forums were basically tapped out with regards to interesting and quality post(er)s. You'll likely see me again someday–who knows? I may very well become some sort of Internet superstar.

I've heard that Google's ads track users across different sites and serve ads to those people based on Google's apparent browsing history for that person.

If this is the case, I think you've got some explaining to do.

Last night I had a dream where I was in my school's basketball court. I was by myself and for whatever reason had a sledgehammer. I got some basketballs out of a closet, put them at various points on the court, and tried to make baskets by wielding the hammer as a golf club and hitting the balls as if I were golfing.

Note that I have no interest in basketball or golf and that I do not own a sledgehammer.
