*Ok, you don't hear or see Mario or Luigi.

But there's 3 references to the Mario universe nonetheless.

See for yourself!

Good find, Suffix.  I really enjoyed it, but please don't post sightings in the news forum.

Warning: Spoilers follow.  I suggest watching the video before reading anymore.

"I got bowser on the ropes."
"Let's get it on like diddy kong."

I only observed two, but Suffix said there were three.  I watch it again later when I'm less tired.

I'm not sure this is right but could the landscape in the mexican wresler and the ugly one making out sceen count, as a reference to super mario land on GB.?

I thought it was the Olympic coach's clothes.  That Teen Girl Squad was AWESOME.

Boomstix is correct (so long, Boomstix!), and I will take your advice, Luigison. General Mario Chat, here I come!

For reference, I decided to put it in the "Latest News" section becuase I was rushed and decided that General Mario Chat didn't need another topic for at least a couple of minutes.

In SBEmail-Technology, click on CA when Strong Bad (Mexican Wrestler Dude of Coolness) says "Corn Army" instead of California. The Corn Army is no match for a mighty warrior!

8bit-Gamer, please do not bump topics that have been dead for a very long time. It is not nice. It helps to make the forum experience unplesant for everyone. We woulnd't like that would we?

The red koopa shell was a reference. And so was the "Let's get it on like Diddy Kong" and "I got Bowser on the last rope!" This was so funny!

Yeah, I would've never noticed those references if this thread wasn't bumped.

Yeah, those references are awesome.  I now know that those guys over there at HSR.com have played a Nintendo game in their lifetimes.
I always figured "Time to tip the scales" was Wario's everyday motto.

The Cheat once dressed as Toad for Decemberween.  For another Decemberween, The King of Town dress as Mario.

After the one where King of Town is Mario, you can click on him and play "Super Kingio Bros", which is sad because it is impossible to jump over the oncoming goomba... and the one where the Cheat is Toad, at the end you can click on him and he says, "Here we go!  Ah-wo-wo-wo-wo!"
"Hello Kitty is cool, but I like Keroppi the best."

That was the funniest thing I've ever seen!
People who like video games should also like Nintendo. People who don't like Nintendo obviously don't like video games.
