Considering that that image was of the demo, the full credits wouldn't have yet been made. Thus all copyrights would need to be stated there.

I can't remember the last time a Dojo update created so much drama around the internet. I mean, not even the Sonic announcement or the Subspace Emissary intro generated so much speculation over the exclusion of a character.
As a game that requires six friends, an HDTV, and skill, I can see why the majority of TMK is going to hate on it hard.

I think the Mii should be in Brawl.  There would be a set moveset for the Mii but you could use whatever Mii you wanted.  You could beat up people like Hannah Montannah.  And just imagine what it would be like to see all four of the Beetles punching each other out.
