When you edit a message, will the topic turn into a green mushroom when others are viewing the forum?

I want a response only from a mod or an admin. (Or a really smart member.)

I don't think it does.  It didn't before the forums moved to the new server.  You could just edit a post and see.

Pretty sure it doesn't.

Notice how the green muchroom says "New replies" on the icon key. A new reply would be a new post, but you knew that. :P

Also, when you edit a message, the topic doesn't get bumped. From that, it would be likely that the topic wouldn't have a 'new post'.

No, the reason I want to ask this is for me to prevent double posting on some topics. Some of which, are even on the 1st page.
