Start posting in the right Forums.

This particular forum is General MARIO Chat. A topic like this, one without the theme of Mario, belongs in GENERAL chat. Make it a habbit to post in the correct forum.

In order to create a website from scratch, without the use of a "page builder", you will need to learn the language HTML. It's not hard to find a way to learn it.

Go to google, and search for an HTML guide, or tutorial. I'm sure you'll come up with plenty of results.
