Or I like Koopa and Paratroopa in Parawing

Waluigi-Daisy/Luigi/Paratroopa

This combo together kicks ass!! No one beats me, muahahaha

I just use whoever I feel like using.
I have no actual team I like to use all the time.
By just using Wario and Waluigi is good for me(In the Wario Car).
Or Wario and Petey in the Wario Car.

They're weak, you can easely knock them off the road. I'd rather race with medium heavy racers or in combo with a light one.

The fastest drivers i've managed to combine in time trials, are Toadette And Red Paratroopa in The Bullet train.(Or whatever it is)

And for grand prix: Boo and Toadette.

Luigi and Paratroopa in the Barrel Train or the Parade Kart. Luigi of course, but my first ever character was Baby Luigi in 2-player co-op, with Paratroopa as my partner.

My best is Yoshi and Baby Mario in Peach's kart. Baby Mario's Chomp provides a good watch to catch up if I fall behind and Yoshi's lock-on eggs come in handy for positions like second and third.
