Items: low-medium, only Pokéballs
Stage: Final destination
Characters: Anyone
Special rules: One character picks up a Pokéball and throws it straight up into the air. The second player must catch it (with the Z button) before it hits the ground. The second player then throws it straight up, etc. until the ball is dropped. The catching player must then suffer the full brunt of the resulting Pokémon. That player then picks up the next Pokéball. (For higher difficulty, try throwing the ball across the stage.)
Spectators
Players: 4 (2 teams of 2)
Special Melee: none
Stock: 1
Items: medium-high, all items
Characters: each team has the same character set-up, with one fighting character and one support character with range attacks (e.g. Pichu/Link, Mario/Peach)
Handicap: The fighting characters have a handicap of 9, the support characters have 1
Stage: Subcon
Special rules: The two fighting characters must attack each other in the playing field in the middle, while the support characters stay on the opposite ledges. The support characters may only throw items into the central fray, but not participate unless their teammate's gone.

Players: 2
Speacial Melee: Super Sudden Death
Damage Ratio: .5
Time: 1 minute
Items: High, only food/party ball
Stage: Anywhere
Characters: gluttonous characters, such as Yoshi, Kirby, or maybe Mario
Special rules: The goal is not to kill each other, but to eat as much food as you can. The winner will be determined afterwards by comparing "Damage recovered" statistics.
