If memory serves Chapter 6 ends at 6-2 because that world ended. Making it seem at first that there wasn't anything in that world after that.

Beat the game and you will find that you can complete all of 6-2, as well as 6-3 and 6-4.
Remember that your first Goomba boldly you walk? When Mario touched that mushroom being brought up more largely remember that you are surprised? Miscalculate your jump that pit remember that it falls?

...the entire 6th Chapter revolves around the Sammer Guy Tournament. It's just 100 battles split up into 4 parts. Nothing really spoiler worthy.
As a game that requires six friends, an HDTV, and skill, I can see why the majority of TMK is going to hate on it hard.

Sammer Guy (excellent play on "samurai") number 67 is, without question, the best one.
